An in-progress digital planning platform designed to help users organise important personal information, wishes, documents, and end-of-life arrangements through a private and user-friendly experience.

Responsibilities

• Client communication, project requirement discussions, feature planning, scope coordination, task organisation, communication between the client and development team, design and development review, feedback management, progress monitoring, and delivery coordination.
• Development was completed by the project team under my coordination. I was not the direct developer of the platform.
